In the manuscript describes the monodromy group of a differential equation with four regular singular points, where the local exponents of the equation are fixed. The canonical form of such an equation is known as the Lamé equation. The Lamé equation contains one accessory parameter, and thus, the monodromy group of the equation depends on this parameter. The manuscript describes the parameter-dependent monodromy groups and shown that they are generated by reflections. Additionally, a condition is obtained for the value of the accessory parameter for which the monodromy group is unitary.
