Annotation:
The release profile of the psychotropic drug chlorpromazine hydrochloride from microemulsions has been studied. Microemulsions were made based on polymeric surfactants poloxamer 407 and tyloxapol. Physiological solution (pH = 7.0) was the receptor solution, and the donor phase was the drug chlorpromazine hydrochloride dissolved in an oil-in-water microemulsion. The experiments were carried out by the dialysis method using cellulose membranes.
