Systematic research of Eastern Georgia oils - the study of aromatic hydrocarbons in the oil of Norio's new well No. 200

Author: Vitali Devrisashvili
Annotation:

The physico-chemical characteristics of oil from Norio's new well No. 200 have been studied. By using the multi-step method of dividing the high-boiling fraction of Norio oil, it was possible to determine the polycyclic aromatic spectra at the molecular level by means of the traditional GC-MS method. The research sample separated by petroleum ether and the components obtained by its crystallization have been studied. Polycyclic aromatic structures: indenes, tetralins, dinaphthylbenzenes, naphthalenes, acenaphthylenes, fluorenes, phenanthrenes, anthracenes, naphthofluorenes and mono- and polyalkyl derivatives of phenanthrenes, as well as terpenyls are identified in the research sample; And in the crystalline samples of the eluate, the following were identified: benzanthracene, chrysene, their methyl-, dimethyl- and trimethyl- analogues, phenanthrene derivatives, anthracenes and pyrenes.
