The goal of our work was to synthesize of N-nitroso derivatives of N-(p-carboxyphenyl)- 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosylamine. N-(p-carboxyphenyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosylamine (3) has synthesized from D-glucose (1) and p-aminobenzoic acid by refluxing in 96% ethanol in the presence of a glacial acetic acid catalyst and by the further acetilation of obtained N-glucosylamine. By further nitrosation of synthesized N-β-(p-carboxyphenyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-D-glucopyranosylamine, we first synthesized N-nitroso-N-β-(p-carboxyphenyl)-2 ,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-D-glucopyranosylsylamine
