Electrophoresis is one of the fundamental methods among the methods used in the study of modern living organisms, which provides the opportunity to identify the variety of ions and charged macromolecules (for example, protein, DNA) fragments in the cell structures under certain electric field conditions. These changes, in turn, provide important information for medical diagnosis. The article discusses in detail the features and advantages of different types of electrophoresis (vertical, horizontal and capillary).
